1. Online Site Vendor Panel Handling e.g. Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal etc.
2. Handling Customer queries through Email and Calls.
3. Daily order Management and Dispatch
4. Managing and updating Inventory regularly
5. Manage Product Listing and Pricing
6. Able to converse and write in English fluently.
7. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word required.
8. Able to work in a team and train people.
9. Prior online portal work experience is added benefit.
