-Marketing and Business Development driving enrolments for the preschool
-Committed to the growth of the preschool
-Managing and retention of teachers and other staff
-Parent Satisfaction- interaction and coordination with parents on an on-going basis
-Responsible for managing overall functioning of the pre-school
-Overall incharge of the centre
