As Nursery Manager, you will be responsible to: Lead and manage the overall day-to-day academic and operational functions of the Nursery including maximizing the number of children on roll in the various programs; recruitment, retention, and development of staff; overseeing day-to-day financial transactions and dealing with the management team. build and present an annual operational plan and budgets; lead the strategic planning, monitoring, evaluation and development of the Nursery; Develop and deliver a balanced curriculum, including age-appropriate play-based activities and learning milestones as per the curriculum design; Ensure high standards of care and early education are effectively delivered to children across all age groups from 4 months to 4 years; The premises, resources and equipment is up kept and maintained with highest quality standards, and are compliant to the regulatory requirements of all the relevant government authorities
