Under the Affordable Housing Scheme, Samajwadi Awas Yojna of U.p. Govt, About 3 Lac Affordable Houses in the Price Range of Rs 15 to 30 Lacs are to Be Constructed in the U.p. State for Middle Income Group of the Society. in Order to Provide Affordable Houses to the Public , Govt. of India is Providing Many Incentives such as Subsidy in the Interest Rates On Housing Loans, Waiver of Service Tax Etc. for Affordable Housing Projects Under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna.
