Job Responsibilities: Knowledge of Information Technology / NON IT industry with recruitments background. Specially done recruitment for IT industry or NON IT clients -Understanding and analyzing the clients manpower requirements in different skill set categories. -To generate revenue through servicing the clients effectively thereby contributing to the growth of IT vertical -Using sourcing strategies like Referral Voice generation,Mass Mailing. -Using Online Database & Offline Database to find out 'technically fit' resources -Telephonic Screening of the profiles - Behavioral Fitment, Stability -Scheduling of lead Generation -Evaluating the candidate on various parameters like communication skill, personality and assessing -Responsible for articulating and negotiating job offers with candidates and clearly communicating all aspects of the offer including the salary, benefits, bonuses, relocations, etc
