Should possess good knowledge in sales & marketing of Abrasives /industrial tools/ Power
tools/ Welding rods etc.
2. Candidate should have excellent direct Industrial customer base with good conversion rate .
3. Developing network of distributor in assigned region and subsequently industrial customers.
4. Ability to develop new customers on monthly basis
5. Preparing techno commercial offer and finalization of Orders.
6. Setting and achieving top & bottom line targets within the prescribed budgets while making
decisions on product-mix, pricing, and promotion .
7. Sustaining highest standards of customer service giving preference to customer satisfaction &
promptly resolving customer queries/ concerns
8. Taking care of Competitor analysis and development activity in the relevant market.
9. Responsible for profitable sales, on time collection of all dues and Sales Tax forms.
