Planning production control activities under the guidance of Head (PPC) to improve runtime while maintaining high quality, timely delivery and cost-effectiveness. Defining quantified target for next day or next week under guidance of Head (PPC) Communicate target and control activities to individual department. To ensure basic resources of materials, accessories etc. are available a day in advance to meet the next day target. Ensure daily production requirements are achieved to meet customer expectation for quantity, quality and delivery schedule. In case of any disparity in preparedness or resource non-availability, take proper action in consultation with Head (PPC) Interacts with shop floor management on a daily basis to resolve issues regarding manufacturing efficiencies or additional information as requested from Manufacturing, Customer Service and Accounting for products. Identify delays and accordingly adjust schedules to meet deadlines. Notify customers on any delays and outages. Record and analyse data for target attainment in terms of ACHIEVED against PLANNED Identify reasons for difference between ACHIEVED against PLANNED and initiate appropriate course of action plan in due consultation with Head (PPC). Monitor inventory status. Complete status reports for production progress, work in process, and raw material inventory on daily basis and discuss the same with Head (PPC). Assist in production risk assessment and mitigation activities. Ensure that standard operating procedures are adhered to all process stages of planning, monitoring and follow-up. Resolve production issues and inform unresolved issues to HOD (PPC) promptly.
