Job Description: Responsible for; Maintaining daily accounts and administrative tasks Managing and monitoring day to day operations Responsible for maintaining day book, payment vouchers, receipt vouchers and bank reconciliations Handling all incoming and outgoing calls Handling all email correspondence Handling the reception Preparation of monthly sale tax payments Making invoices Sending emails and proposals to the colleges Hands on experience in Microsoft Office Requirement: Bachelor's Degree in Commerce , Preferable with MBA or Mcom Good knowledge of Tally Good knowledge of Microsoft Exel and strong database skill Excellent communication skill (oral and written) in English and proficiency in other languages (Hindi ,Kannada and Tamil) will be an advantage Strong financial and analytical abilty Experience: Min 6 months Salary: Based on Performance
