Daiwa House Industry Co. Ltd. operates in energy development, real estate development, and automobile service industries. We also involved in liquefied natural gas; coal chemical and coal development; oil and gas exploration; development business and other multi-businesses. In addition, the company provides passengers car financing, leasing services to the car dealers; manufactures and sells cranes. Also involves in the manufacturing and sale of hex head bolts, hex nuts, screws and other long studs.
Founded in 1955 and in 1978, the Company was authorized to do foreign trade business independently; we are also listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and Shanghai Stock Exchange. Our corporate headquarter is presently located in Japan with business Hub in Hong Kong and China. In 2015, the Group completed operating income of 105.3 billion Japanese yen, net profit of 3.4 billion yen, it is the only one in Northwest Japan with total assets operating income that both exceeded 100 billion marks for the private enterprise and employs more than 80,000 ranked in 2015.
