- Manage Insurance sales goal achievement through:
- Recruitment of Agents.
- Training & Developing agents on as ongoing basis
- Guiding & motivating the agents regarding sales development.
- Managing a team of Agents.
Candidates from Banking, Financial Services & Insurance sector are preferred.
