Overview
1.Diploma / Graduation in Hotel Management with prior work experience of 4 6 Yrs
2.Good in Indian, Continental and Chinese cuisine.
3.Responsible for Improving management of food & beverage purchasing, stock control and cost reduction.
4.Supervise the preparation of all food.
5.Responsible for improving kitchen hygiene and management and train other kitchen staff.
6.Assist and work with the Restaurant Manager as required.
