You Will Own the Inbound Lead Process as Well as Source and Qualify New Companies that Would Be a Great Fit for Connect Direct Media. job Role: -sign-up New Clients and Partners Through In-person Meetings, Cold Calls and Networking Events. -construct, Forecast, and Manage Your Sales Pipeline -develop and Maintain Relationships Which Benefit Clients as Well as Connect Direct -manage Critical Client Accounts Which have Higher Degree of Complexity in Terms of Client Servicing, Responsibilities also Include Pitching, Negotiation, Contract & Query Handling -overcome Client Resistance to Products and Educate Them About the Current Operational Processes requirements: -6 Months to 3 Years of Sales Experience -be Able to Execute in Short-term Sprints While Maintaining a Vision for Long-term Sustained Success -excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills, with the Ability to Identify and Provide Comprehensive Solutions for Varying Customer Needs -ability to Work Effectively with Others Across Multiple Functions (internally and Externally) -startup Hustle and Energy -excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills and the Ability to Communicate with Clients and Partners. -exercises Independent Judgment with Minimal Direction from Supervisor I.e.
