Job Description: Marketing Research (Outdoor Activity) Grab the market opportunities with specific focus on identifying clients that may require real estate consulting services Operations process review with the objective of identifying process improvements and efficiency Lead Generation. To learn how to do online marketing and create more marketing strategy. To visit and survey sites and locations. Acquire new leads/clients by doing site visits Give presentations on the product to clients Responsible for negotiation and closure of all deals Achieve targets as assigned by the organization Maintain relationships with all existing clients for acquiring more references and business To summarize the learned knowledge (after 6 months Probation Period) and make a presentation. Must Have Skills: Good verbal and written communications skills Self-directed with excellent follow through, relationship building High standard of integrity and confident Ability to influence others, Initiative, passion and drive for result. Qualification: MBA Pass/MBA Pursuing Salary: 15K to 25K (per month)
