JOB TITLE: DISTRICT SALES OFFICER DEPARTMENT: SALES & MARKETING DEPTT. WORKING LOCATION: ANYWHERE IN HARYANA EXCEPT GURGAON JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Develops a business. Generate the sales. Responsible for the effective search of sales leads and prospects. Provides timely feedback to senior manager regarding performance. Responsible to generate and develop the channel and channel sales. Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by Account Executives Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team. Recruits and hires and provide training to Sales Executives based on criteria agreed upon by senior management. Maintains contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. JOB SPECIFICATIONS: ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA 0-1 years of experience in sales management. Should have knowledge of sales Pleasant personality good convincing skills Proven leadership and ability to drive sales and the teams. Smart managerial skills. PACKAGE: 1.20 PA -2.40PA + INCENTIVE+ REWARDS FOR GOOD PERFORMERS. WORKING AREA: 1 OR MORE DISTRICTS (DEPENDS ON EXPERIENCE)
