ARCHITECTURAL DRAFTSMAN Duties and Responsibilities 1. Convert architects sketches into schematic drawings. 2. Prepare architectural GFC drawings for Architectural and Interior design projects. 3. Understand the sketches of architectural details drawn by the architects and convert them into drawings based on building specifications, calculations & sketches. 4. Visit construction sites to collect measurements & dimensions as needed. 5. Work with architect to ensure that construction project is in accordance with design specifications. 6. Understand consultant drawings and documents. 7. Handle projects independently as well as in teamwork. 8. Knowledge of AUTOCAD tools like Sheet Setting & Arrangement, Working in Model and Layout, Scheduling of Members, Detailed Knowledge on Drafting Layering, Knowledge of XREF, Sheet understand and execute independently in AUTOCAD Key Skills: Proficient in AUTOCAD is must. Experience in using Revit, 3D Max, Sketch up, Photoshop & Coral draw etc will be added a advantage.
