I am looking for profile with following: Rich experience in field of Machining Precision components on CNC Sliding Head stocks with knowledge of 5\'S, 7QC Tools, TPS (JIT, Kanban, Kaizen) Lean & TPM Exposure to ISO/TS 16949, APQP, PPAP & PFMEA Good knowledge of development of new parts - process planning & Tool planning for CNC Sliding head machine Knowledge of cutting tools used on CNC Sliding head machine Good knowledge of gauges planning for different operations Exposure to operations of toolroom machines like Jig boring, Jig grinding, surface grinding, cylindrical grinding, EDM, WEDM etc...
