Roles / Responsibilities:
1. Attending to queries of walk-in patients and resolving the same
2. To brief the client with the treatment procedures during the consult and to ensure all doubts /queries are cleared as per the herbs are concerned.
3. To be constantly aware of the new herbs for improvement in treatment for different plans
4. To establish and maintain effective client relations.
5. Responsible for improving cure rate and patient satisfaction
