Overview
2. Customer Relationship Management:
o To Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and promotion methods to optimize quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction.
o To Develops new deposit and loan business; provides a superior level of customer relations and promotes the sales and service culture through coaching, guidance and staff motivation; achieves individual and branch sales goals through new business sales, referrals and retention of account relationships.
3. Accounting Work -
o To Recovery of N.P.A.( Non Performing Assets) Cases., When the customer not refund the loan amount then file court case against that customer.
o To ensure that there is an adequate accounting system in place that produces monthly financial statements.
o Maintain monthly withdrawal provision
o Implements strategies to achieve goals assigned to the office as established in the Societies overall strategic plan; assists in the development of the annual budget for the office and adheres to budget parameters.
4. Self Target -
o To join minimum 2 customer to our Society in per month.
o To Achieve Monthly target as per given by Management.
