Overview
Reporting to the Director, incumbent would be responsible for back office Operations viz. day to day office administration, preparing quotations / price list / invoices / Challan, letters, correspondence (through e-mails), Sales / Stock Statements, handling visitors (hospitality), follow up with vendors / customers, dealing with CA for submission of sales & purchase bills, supervising office staff / workers etc.
Female Graduates / Under-Graduates with knowledge of MS Office, browsing, basic computer operation and spoken & written English language. Knowledge of local language will be an added advantage. Must have willingness to learn and grow with the company. Freshers can also apply.
