Overview
-Monitoring and making telephone calls to generate leads.
-Browsing the Internet to generate the Leads & calling or mailing them to fix appointments.
-Maintain database of the leads generated through telecalling & Web Browsing.
-Carry out routine office duties.
-Keep track of correspondence with external customers and follow-up.
-Manage and organize the monthly/daily calendar/diary, coordinate and schedules, and confirming appointments, meetings etc.
-Assisting Managing Director in his day to day activities.
-Organize and maintain files.
-Sending & receiving mails & other day to day correspondence through E-mail.
-Other General Secretarial Assistance & assisting in Admin activities.
-Office Organization & Administration.
-Mailing & Courier Inward / Outward.
