Increase Sales also will be providing ammunition to the Sales team on ground to increase sales.

Qualification- BE/ B.Tech, MBA/BBA

Responsible for: Channel Sales

Job Specifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Prior sales & marketing experience in channel sales of Solar module, solar product, Inverter, Battery (except automotive battery)

Entrusted with the responsibility of generating revenue for the company by selling solar products like solar module, solar inverters/UPS, Solar photovoltaic projects, LED lights, solar street lights and services Through Direct Sales, Project Sales, Corporate sales and Channel sales as per the geography and Market potential.

Formulate sales plan and objectives allocating targets

Draft marketing support activity plan in a consultation of CEO

Consolidate competitor activities and share with CEO

Build market position and potential solar business by locating, developing, defining,

negotiating, and closing business relationships with Government, Corporate and Individual and

Institutions for the company for Business relationships and Reporting directly to Directors.

Assist and Report the Management in all operational aspects of the designated Territory.

Appoint Dealers in the Territory. Assist and trained them for deal closing.

Prepare and deliver presentation and proposal to Customers.

Focus mainly on building brands, making advertising more effective, and perhaps market research.

Visit the Direct clients and Dealers and thereby negotiate and close the deal with them.

Create and implement successful, targeted sales strategies for ensuring the long-term financial

viability of the organization goals.
