1. Responsible for creating & develop his own sales team of high potential with the necessary concept selling knowledge.

2. Self-motivated to sell the company's product along with knowledge of business expansion.

3. Having well-deserved reputation, experience, and understanding about the procedure of establishing of strong distribution network & its products.

4. Always ready to act/address as a point of the first reference for all sales/field related queries and issues in field to accurately assess their problems & needs to resolve them on time.

5. He must be smart enough to generate business from his existing customers and from new customers to provide the immediate stand to the newly launched company.

6. To ensure that the company's corporate policies and marketing strategies must be followed & implemented in a timely manner.

7. Make their own team in which sales representative, direct market associate, area sales manager will included.

8 Must have good concept selling products knowledge to enhance his sales performance to achieve the companys objectives.
