1. Proven Web Design experience

2. Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio

3. Proficiency in Photoshop, Corel draw, Illustrator, or other visual design and wire-framing tools

4. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript,Bootstrap,J-query for rapid prototyping.

5. Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction-

6. Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively

7. Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques, and technologies
