Job Description

Payroll Executive:-

Generate and maintain employee payroll in payroll system.

Maintain accuracy of the payroll data.

Maintain / prepare payroll as per client schedule and provide data in time.

Review, analyse, and check correct payroll records.

Prepare / generate Full & Final settlement, Bonus calculation, CTC reconciliation, salary register etc. records.

Maintain & prepare all records properly related to Payroll.


1.Excellent Communication Skill must.

2. Ability to learn quickly.

3. Ability to solve the problems.

4. Excellent practical knowledge in Computer MS office, Payroll Software knowledge essential.

5. Computer knowledge and speed should be excellent. Or any graduate

Experience:- 0-3yrs

Salary:- negotiable
