Job Description

-Direct cold-call sales

-Drive bench sales

-Pinpoint and qualify potential customers

-Target IT staffing and project based opportunities

-Strong closing skills along with a strong understanding of the market place as it relates to staff augmentation and consulting

-Successfully direct sales cycle to closure

-Manage customer relationships within all levels of the client organization

-Establish long term relationships with customers

-Partner with recruiting team to ensure identification of appropriate candidate

-Self-motivated, productive while unsupervised

Required Qualifications and Experience:

-3 years + experience in Sales within the staffing industry

-3 year Degree

-Excellent communicator, both written and verbal skilled telephone presence

-Attention to detail

-Ability to work in a team as well as independently

-Adept with applying experienced based sound judgment

Job Description:
-Responsible for sourcing candidates through networking, internet postings, social portals, etc., with the right skills to match the clients' requirements
-Implement innovative means to find a qualified candidate from diverse candidate pools. The individual is expected to evaluate candidate with hot job requirements including head-hunting
-Utilize internal tools and market knowledge to source candidates across a variety of IT platforms and build pipelines.
-Engage with passive candidates using the internet and phone in order to submit qualified candidates in a timely manner
-Manage candidate processes and act as a candidate advocate

Required Qualifications and Experience:
-Must be a results oriented self-starter with ability to meet deadlines
