Job Role: US IT Recruiter
We are currently expanding our US IT Recruitment team in our offshore center at Chennai.
Responsibilities:
To handle the complete recruitment life cycle for Clients in US.
Thoroughly understand and work on the requirements of the client. Analyzing Searching, Calling, & Submitting the suitable profiles as per client requirements from different sources like job portals, references, networking sites etc. as required.
Conduct initial screenings, reference checks, negotiate pay rate, relocation, coordinate client interviews and work with the Account Managers to close the position.
Responsible for maintaining and communicating candidate follow-up and status update on a regular basis.
Should be flexible to work in Night Shifts.
Desired candidate profile:
Responsible for handling IT requirements from US based clients
Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions
Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder)
Familiar and Well versed in US Terms like W2, C2C, 1099, US Visa types, etc
Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) positions
Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement
Capable to work with a team or individually
Maintain close contact with candidates, Vendors, recruiters, offshore team
Effectively manage multiple job requisitions and to deliver on high-volume basis
Traditional and Out of Box Recruiting Strategies to close positions as per Client needs.
Good understanding of both domain-based and technology-based recruiting.
Ability to use Boolean search strings to identify qualified candidates utilizing multiple recruiting sources.
