The work is to generate sales of the products. In your job there are four basic tasks that you would need to cover:

1) Lead Generation.

2) Creating marketing strategies and knowing your customers.

3) Gathering Strategic Information about your city.

4) Convincing and generating sales.

5) Approaching Schools & Institution.

6) Conducting Seminars or Workshops to collect database of potential students.

7) Meeting with Parents.

The job-

Approach suitable customers class 11, 12 preparing/Passed for IIT/NEET mainly focus on class 12. Even parents can be approached. You have the liberty to approach them through any marketing strategy of your choice. Make sure you uphold the brand image. The past record of the company is an added advantage like 100% result, 60% of the questions come from study material in IIT/NEET exams.

Skills & Qualification Requirements:

1) Any Graduate - Any Specialization

2) Knowledge of local language/s and market in the assigned territory.

3) High result orientation with a single minded focus to meet renewals and sales targets.

4) Ability to act on own initiative.

5) Ability to perform under pressure and proven ability to achieve targets.

6) Excellent interpersonal communication skills (written and oral).
