Job Description

•60% in recruitment & 40% in generalist profile.

Able to handle Pan India Recruitment

•Performance management: Coaching managers

on performance management issues and

processes

•Planning and conducting new employee

induction towards organizational objectives

•Managing HR policy and also implementing the

new one.

•Worked on payroll & spine software

•Able to handle legal matters as per labour law.

•Employee relations, including managing absence,

disciplinarians, grievances, and sickness

•Preparing offer letter, appointment letter, reliving

etter, warning letter, termination letter,

experience letter etc.

•Able to handle exit interviews & full & final

settlements

• Knowledge of Statutory compliance in depth.

•Maintaining & monitoring leave records .

•Able to handle employee engagement.

•Analyse and modify compensation and benefits

policies to establish competitive programs and

ensure compliance with legal requirements

•Knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT Act & Laws, compliance

with regulatory and government bodies.

•Ensure ESIC , Mediclaim norms are met across

regions
