- Job Location: Ankleshwar

- Job Type: Full Time

- Job Timing: 01:30 PM to 11:00 PM

- Salary: Rs. 20,000 to 30,000 Per Month.

Job Description

- Directing and coordinating all individual team activities to develop and implement long-term goals;

- Reviewing and analyzing activities to determine teams progress to achieve goals;

- Handling day-to-day operation and problem solving;

- Coordinating and reporting to management and discuss required changes in current status and conditions;

- Oversee key projects, processes and performance reports, data and analysis;

- Candidates with experience of Customer Service Representative (CSR) from BPO industry will be preferred;

- People management skills;

- Reviewing and approving day to day cost;

- Having proficiency in English communication;

- Must possess leadership skills.
