Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible to monitor and continuously upgrade of HR policies & procedures at par with the company best practices; thereby facilitating team's development, personal growth and high quality of work life.

• To lead and support the development and implementation of HR policy across all areas of the organisation including improving performance, maximizing attendance and providing effective management of change.

• Work with the HR team to develop, co-ordinate, implement and audit all HR activity within the department and across the organisation.

• Responsible for senior level decision making and both day to day management and strategic direction of the organisation.

• Ensure that the recruitment, performance appraisal, rewards and recognition and other HR related activities are conducted as per the requirements.

• Ensure HR plans support the needs of the organization but are also flexible enough to cope with changes in the organisation, as and when they occur.

• Ensure all team members receive appraisals in accordance with company policy.

• Ensure all policies and procedures are up to date

• Establish goals, procedures and timelines needed to reach organization objectives.

• Ensure that the salary is provided to all the members on time.

• Ensure that all HR reports, MIS are updated.

• Encourage for continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

• Keep the board informed on personnel and employee-relations policies, as needed, to preserve and facilitate company strategy.

• Plan, design, develop and evaluate human resource-related initiatives that support organizational strategic goals.

• Advise on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion.
