Job Description :

Meeting Enrollments & Generating Revenue by Counselling Prospects & Converting them into Sales.

Performing proper Follow-ups with candidates to Meet & Exceed designated admission targets of enrollments from the qualified sales leads after Counselling students and parents about

the Training Courses Offered.

Achieve monthly revenue targets from up selling and referrals from current students .

Maintain and Update MIS on daily basis.

Requirements-

Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills & Public Speaking skills with positive attitude

Good Negotiation & Pitching Skills required.

Aggressive attitude of sales - You need to be able to step into customer's mind and address their concerns.

Interpersonal skills to communicate with various types of client groups.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Passion to work, Good listener, Self-motivator, & Ready to work with fast pace & Continuously learning Mindset.
