Job Description

Knowledge of Transfers/Surrenders/ Name Addition-Deletion process.

Sending Demand letters, Reminders, Cancellation Letters, Payment Receipts and customers dealing, all back office activities, to maintain sales record & customer details, refunds, cancellations of property, to handle inventory of projects, to manage the daily routine working with users.

Reconciliation of Customer Accounts while maintaining collection reports on Daily/weekly/monthly basis.

Interdepartmental co-ordination to ensure smooth operations at all times; successfully looking after overall management of the commercial/Back office working (uses etc).

Co-ordination with accounts department for pending payment entries in ERP e.g. pending cheques, RTGS in bank accounts, Service Tax entries, assured return paid to the customers.
