Job Description

• Underwrites Loans Personal Loan, Home Loan, Business Loan

• Ensures adherence to credit Process and Policies

• Ensures TAT is met for all activities related to credit for the branch.

• File processing by coordinator within the time, Customer Calling, Query resolving, File login at Banks, Faster Sanction, Keeping a check on TAT for Login & Sanction., Checking the Quality of Calls to Customers & Processing by coordinators. Disbursement: - Customer calling after Sanction of Case, Disbursement Follow-up with Customer & Sales force, and Technical Updating for Disbursement, Resolving Legal Queries, and Fixing of Disbursement, Keeping a Check on TAT.

• Co-ordinating with customers and bankers over phone, Customer calling OR Maintaining client details, sending reports, etc.

• Handling Customer Quires and Issue

• Documentation and MIS

• Report preparation and analysis

• Explain company Product / Services.

• Coordinate and schedule meeting for sales executive.

• Track and maintain the outcome of each enquiry/lead.

• Very Good Communication Skills, Convincing Skills / Problem Solving Skills.
