Source candidates from different portals, employee referrals, social media etc

Screen candidates resumes and job applications

Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule

Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated

Preparing offer letters

Follow up for acknowledgement on offer letters shared, getting signed copy of offer letter from candidate on start date

Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

Office tour to the joinee

Any other additional work assigned
