Job Description

Do open market sales for HNI clients.

Manage relationships of an existing portfolio of clients to up-sell and cross-sell different products.

Acquire new customers through active referrals from clients in existing portfolio and self generated leads and thereafter adds these clients to his/her existing portfolio for future cross sell.

Implement client engagement programs with a view to ensure top of mind recall for clients in his/her portfolio.

Manage service TATs and business compliance as per organizational mandates.

Expand existing client relationships, improve client satisfaction, strengthen client commitment, ensure client retention and grow revenue

Attend post result con-calls, meets for improved client servicing.

Identify customer needs, assessing their risk appetite and providing them membership options.

Willingness to travel within the city.

Conduct regular Client Meetings & update the same in the meeting tracker
