Job Description

We are seeking for Store Operations Manager who is responsible for overall operation of the branch including maximizing sales, developing staff, controlling expenses and shortages and all aspects of merchandising, inventory control and cash management.

Key responsibilities include:

Recruiting, hiring, leading and coaching sales team to ensure growth and profitability

Monitoring leads and branch goal attainment to drive sales results

Monitoring all aspects of branch inventory and cash management

Handling member complaints through to resolution
