Job Description

Managing the timely preparation and reporting of statutory accounts, financial statements and annual reports of companies in the group in conformance with all regulatory accounting standards

Assist in Audit & Finalization of group Companies including tax audit.

Consolidation of Accounts as per New Company Act 2013

Periodic reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, provisions etc.

Knowledge of preparation of Financials as per applicable Accounting Standards & revised Schedule VI.

Knowledge of GST.

Knowledge of Transfer Pricing.

Advanced Tax Calculations

Statutory Liabilities (Payments & Returns). Should have strong domain knowledge of Service Tax, STPI, Professional Tax, PF, ESI, TDS etc.

Should be proficient in company law matters/ Secretarial Compliances like minutes of Board meetings, AGM & EGM, Annual returns, e- filings & any other ROC requirements as applicable.

Very Strong Accountancy & Taxation Background

Monthly provision of overheads & foreign exchange gain/loss calculation.
