Job Description

Would be responsible for ensuring the alert helpline is managed smoothly

Regular campaign is run to ensure adequate awareness is there around the alert helpline

Ensure cases are managed with required sensitivity/confidentiality wherever needed

Process is relooked at a regular frequency to find ways to improve it

Proper tracking of cases are there from its receipt to closure

Fraud Investigation based on received case on Helpline alert

Regular dashboards are made and shared with the management on the cases received/actioned

Extending support to the Manager wherever needed
