Identifying the business requirements and define sourcing strategies to meet them

Managing pre-Joining and post Joining formalities & documentations.

Offer generation

Ensuring timely induction and quality training programs as per business requirements

Managing the recruitment process for all level positions through job portals and external sources.

Attendance and leave management.

Managing Employee engagement activities,

Communications of policies and practices to the employees to create positive environment & handle their grievances.

Exit Interviews.
