Job Description

1.Proper maintenance of Statutory files and ensure the relevant licenses/renewals are applied within the due date and obtained;

2.HR attendance and HR MIS updating of daily and monthly attendance;

3.Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties;

4.Proven at least one year working experience in a front office handling receptionist responsibilities Professional appearance;

5.Solid communication skills both written and verbal.

6.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
