Job Description

1. Applying data mining and keeping track of all figures for marketing / sales / business / operations.

2. Collation of data and stats with various departments/ Centres to update for maintaining database/data system.

3. Preparation of Course Fees of all programs and available variants for PAN India centres.

4. Reconciliation of historical data (Registrations /Enrolments/ Joining etc.)

5. Database use and reporting automation with advanced Excel-VBA skills

6. Regular distribution of standardized reports on fixed frequency (daily/ weekly/ monthly/ quarterly/ annually) with strong focus on quality and accuracy.

7. Developing new report templates and performance indicators for the communications team as per management requirements from time to time

8. Presentation of metrics from the database with key insights and strategic inputs for the business to take action by identifying problem areas using analytics.

9. Preparing various MIS & sales report.
