Job Description

1. Self driven highly motivated with proven records of high performance to sell paint rollers, with interpersonal and business management skills.

2. A result oriented sales person with hard-working attitude and independently undertake visit to markets. Plan and consistently yield results.

3. Young and energetic hard core salesman who can work as front line sales person and capable of making 30 to 40 calls a day.

4. Can prepare sales calls, and undertake calls to paint and hardware shops and reports to ASM.

5. Must have knowledge of geographical area and experience in paint and allied industry and key result markets.

6. Support the distributor and achieve the target of the area and give daily progress report to ASM.

7. Must be able to cover area allocated independently and continuously.

8. A perfect understanding of company needs and good execution of plan through increasing number productive call is the key job area.
