Job Description

1. Handling Human Resource, Industrial Relations, General Administration, Personnel Management, Insurance Management, PMS etc

2. Knowledge of IR, Factory License, liasioning with Govt. departments

3. Maintaining & updating all statutory compliances, Submission of all statutory returns

4. Managing and Monitoring Environment, Health and Safety measures in the factory premises

5. Responsible for handling HR Generalist role - Induction, Recruitment, Compliances & IR/ Legal issues for manufacturing Plant

6. Expert at Recruitment, Contract Labour Management, Knowledge of Statutory Acts as well as interfacing with Government Authorities.

7. Should be versatile with HR Practices. Handle ISO Audit as per the industry norms.

8. Employee Relations / Industrial Relations, handling employee grievances, Welfare, Conducting and organizing Events
