Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration, Human Resources
Minimum 2 years of experience as a generalist HR
Hands-on experience in any HR software
Experience in processing payroll
Basic Finance & Accounting knowledge
Strong MS Excel Skills
Strong oral and written communication skills.

Candidate must be living in Pune or willing to relocate.
Screening, interviewing, and testing applicants; notifying existing staff of internal opportunities; maintaining personnel records.
Ensuring HR Compliance, by coordinating with the companys CA & CS
Coordinating with the CA to ensure the Accounting Standards are matched
Paying employees by calculating pay; maintaining records.
Maintaining human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases; tracking vacation, sick, and personal time.
Orienting new employees by providing orientation information packets; reviewing company policies; gathering withholding and other payroll information.
Documenting human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
Accomplishing human resources department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
