Urgent hiring for Administration Manager - Indore

Managing purchase and Procurement/inventory related activities and ensuring that the costs are not exceeded beyond the budgeted amount.

Procurement of equipment's, Negotiations with various service providers, Installation of Telephone lines and maintenance, Under taking renovation work, Asset Management, Disposal of furniture and old equipment.

Liasioning: Dealing with the various government Authorities like MTNL, VSNL, DESU, Liaising with departments and or organizations like Embassy for Visas , FRRO, Airtel, Reliance and other service providers for smooth and effectual administration.

Coordination and support to the Expats in terms of FRRO, visa extensions, accommodations and other day to day activities.

Coordination with all the owners and property managers for smooth functioning of our offices in terms of Electricity, water, lift services and telephone lines.
