Job Description

1.Safeguard and ensuring maintenance of company assets, accounting, and asset

verification periodically.

2.Take part in the negotiation process in finalization of new premises, rental agreements, and renewals pertaining to Regional Office and Branches of the region.

3.Laisioning with government agencies.

4.Ensuring the maintenance of created facility pertaining to Civil, Electrical, Accounts, Interiors, Carpentry work, Telephone etc.,

5.Periodic house-keeping like Colourfast, Repairs at Regional Office & Branches and daily monitoring of Housekeeping activities.

6.Negotiation & Finalization of Security services and supervising the Security Services and supervising the security senices at Regional Office and Branches.

7.Managing the General purchase activities like Quotation, Negotiation Approvals, and Purchase.
