Acquiring new health agents on a regular basis. Licensing and tracking activation of the same regularly.
Handling the health retail product.
Maintaining relationships with health agents.
Coordinating with other departments such as U/W, Claims, & Operations.
To meet agents, Lead Providers, intermediaries on a regular basis and maintaining records of the same in a planned manner.
Training & motivating the health agents to qualify contests and thus bring in incremental business.
Education: Graduation - fulltime graduates are mandatory. ( Part time & correspondance are not considered )
Post Graduation or Master degree as a correspondence or Part time can be considered.
For correspondence/ part time education if the below criteria are fulfilled:
Candidate has more than 3 yrs of experience in GI/LI (no other Industry)
He/she is rated 1,2 or 3 in the current Company (Appraisal letter is mandatory)
Experience : 2 - 10 Years
