Job Description

Primary Role

Business Development

- Training of advisors regularly on products & concepts

- Assisting advisors in making business plans and Targets

- Joint calls for client acquisition & client retention

- Joint calls for Group insurance

- Coordinating activities like client meets and health camps

- Coordination with insurance companies for Group quotes

- Regular followups for business development with advisors

- Contest communication to advisors timely

- Activation of all empanelled advisors

After Sales services

- Assisting advisors in claim assistance

- Coordination with Insurance companies for faster issuance of policies

- Query resolution of advisors relating to policy servicing and incentivisation

System and Process

- Following Sales process & Reporting regularly

Skill upgradation

- Attending the 100 hours training and clearing certification exam

- Regular knowledge update on new product, guidelines and regulations
