Job Description

· Ensuring Tickets and Hotel Booking in accordance with defined SOPs/Policies, eligibility and within sanctioned budget.

· Exploring different websites for best available rates of Flight Tickets and Hotel Accommodation.

· Booking/Cancellation of Flight & Train Tickets and Hotel Accommodation for Domestic Travel.

· Coordinating with Travel Agent for Tatkal Train Tickets.

· Booking/Cancellation Hotel Accommodation.

· Booking of Local Conveyance for Employees

· Managing the E-Payments/Refund/Reconciliation of Accounts of Airline/Train/Travel Agents/Hotels

· Maintaining MIS/Analytical Reports pertaining to bookings through Travel Desk.

· He should be well versed with Visa process, national and international travel booking.
