Job brief

Customer Operations Executive required to join the customer service operations team, which deals with all pre-departure enquiries and administration. You will be dealing with all amendments, cancellations, special requests, and requirements on existing bookings and will be liaising with various departments on a daily basis. The ideal candidate will be confident, organized and very customer service focused with an excellent telephone manner and communication skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Dealing directly with clients and suppliers in the UK and overseas by telephone, and e-mail regarding:

• Making amendments to bookings

• Confirmation of online bookings

• Client queries

• Cancellations

• Taking payments

• Servicing Requests (e.g. meal requests, wheelchair access)

• Dealing with emergency situations

• Directing enquiries to relevant departments

• Liaising with other departments

Travel Customer Operations Executive Skills

All applicants must have a minimum of experience in the travel industry in a sales, customer service ticketing or administration role.

Knowledge of tour operation, net fares and ticketing would also be advantageous.
